The U.S. government announced the implementation of the Family Reunification Parole Process for El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Colombia. The program will be available to beneficiaries of an approved I-130 petition who are waiting for an immigrant visa to become available. In order to participate, the petitioner must first receive a written invitation from the U.S. Department of State to file Form I-134A, Online Request to be a Supporter and Declaration of Financial Support.
